I’m writing this with my Nanny who has just discovered this site.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy in February after experiencing numerous absence seizures……
I had to take some horrible liquid medication that tastes like out of date grapes!! Then I switched to tablets that are much better for me and I don’t taste them. My family and friends now say they don’t notice the seizures anymore and they used to see them all the time. I didn’t know that I was having them. I don’t know anybody with epilepsy and I would like to talk to someone (near my age) if that is possible to chat about how we feel about epilepsy and everything.
