wellllllll! does anyone else stand up before they have a seizure?I make sure to lie down and such when I feel a seizure coming on but each time I stand up or go to stand up. I’m very lucky that the majority of time I have had somebody to stop me from standing up and falling over, gosh epilepsy can be a right pain in the ■■■■

I completely agree that epilepsy can be a right pain hahaah. I’m quite lucky as I feel mine coming on for a few seconds before, so I usually just duck down wherever I am and breathe it out until it’s over.
It’s good to know that you can also sense when they are coming on sometimes and that you usually have people around to catch you!!
