Hi all, I’m just wondering dose anyone else have some unusual seizure triggers? Like for me for example I do dance and most of the time as part of warming up we have to do star jumps and they can set me of into a seizure even if I’m just laughing and have my arms up in the air … hope that makes sense … also trains course me to have seizures two

Maybe it’s the sudden burst of energy that causes shock possibly? Mine are triggered from stress and sleep deprivation maybe if you notice any patterns in relation to that?
My daughter seizures triggers are eating, excitement and she is photosensitive so all sunlight etc
