My epilepsy nurse prescribed pyrodoxine because I take Keppra and they’re meant to work together, but I don’t think it’s working enough

I had to come off Keppra pretty quickly due to my mental health. I have diagnosed depression despite that and have been taking anti-depressants for the past 5 years. They work most of the time but my main coping mechanism is distraction. And writing. Always write! It’s my number one tip for dealing with and processing any thoughts or feelings that may be hard.

I take Keppra and it only makes me very tired. I also have memory problems as well. But they are working… if I have any problems, I can get in touch with an epilepsy nurse or the neurologist.
