Hey I’m wondering what people use to make them feel safe when they go out? I have a medical ID bracelet and the medical information set up on my phone in case of an emergency, but not sure what else is out there?

I have the medical info on my phone and then wear a metal dog tag on a chain round my neck. Looks remarkably fashionable actually! Dog tag cost like £15 from some shop, then we had it engraved just by some local engraving shop place. On it are my name, the fact that I’m epileptic, my medication and two emergency numbers, one of them my Mum’s, the other one of my university housemates. Indeed, that may not be the best combination of information but it’s what we’ve gone with, and it’s worked well so far.
